I have been a lover of tea since my childhood and my passion is to disseminate the tea culture in a contemporary way, working with people's palates, pairing food and tea.  As a certified Tea Sommelier and Tea Blender, I founded "The Tea Atelier"; a tea company based in Sydney that specialises in tea training, tea tasting, sensory evaluation of tea, tea and food pairing, tea blending and high-end teas.  I do teach in several colleges in Sydney and run team-building events from small groups to corporate clients.  I do adore interconnecting customers with culture, history, hospitality, and comfort.   ​
