This delicious blend of loose fruits and a pinch of spice brews a vibrant tangy yet sweet, red cup packed with antioxidants, suitable for drinking all day. This blend is caffeine free and great either hot or iced.
Ingredients: Hibiscus, apple, rose hip, rose petals, strawberries, rhubarb, raspberries, and flower petals.
Brewing Instructions: 1-2tsp for 150-200ml, pour on boiling water at 95-100C and allow the herbal to brew for 4-5 minutes to extract all valuable essential oils and flavours.
