This herbal tisane is a relaxing symphony of soft tones. When steeped, the bright chamomile and lemon balm produce a golden cup of calming flavours and complex finish. This herbal goes well with honey, a real calming breeze of pleasure. Note that when adding hone, this herbal tisanne will not longer be calorie-free.
Ingredients: Chamomile, Lavender, Lemon Verbena, Cornflowers.
Brewing Instructions: 1-2tsp for 150-200ml, pour on boiling water at 95-100C and allow the herbal to brew for 4-5 minutes to extract all valuable essential oils and flavours.
