Hojicha- Green Tea
Hojicha is the only roasted green tea from Japan with a smooth, long lasting flavour and a deep aftertaste. The delicious taste is due to its natural farming origins and the presence of stalks and leaves. Its caffeine content is low.
Ingredients: Green Tea - Japan
Brewing Instructions: 2 tsp for a cup of 150 -200ml, pour on boiling water at 85C and allow to brew for 30 seconds only to extract all valuable essential oils and the slightly sweet flavours.
