Darjeeling Autumnal - Black Tea
This tea is known as Red Thunder, with specific harvest and intense oxidation. The leaves are rolled by hand and broad in shape. They display various tones of copper and has numerous buds. The infusion is dark mahogany and has a pleasant floral attack; fruit and spices combine to create a good balance. Only small quantities of this tea are produced per year.
Ingredient: Darjeeling Tea - India
Brew instructions: 1- 2 tsp, for a cup of 150 - 200ml. Pour on boiling water at 95C and allow brew for 2-3 minutes to extract the delicate flavours.
