This is a great initiation to white tea. The natural oxidation gives a warm and floral to the nose as well as damp wicker and some fruit blossom aromatic. It produces a warm, floral, golden and bright cup. Very popular with Chinese consumers especially in summer because of its great thirst-quenching properties.
Ingredient: White Tea - China
Brewing Tips: 2 tsp, for a cup of 150 - 200ml. Pour on boiling water at 80C and allow brew for 15 seconds, discard the first water, then continue infusing for successive periods, starting at 10 seconds and becoming progressively longer to extract the delicately sweet flavour. This tea will allow multiple brewing.
OR
Infuse 5-gr in 200ml water at 80C for 1-2 minutes. Strain and add more water for a second infusion.
Alternatively, for on nfusion, steep for 5' minutes.
