Cheese and Tea - Saturday 13 August - 10.30am - 12.30pm
The pairing of cheese and tea creates a combination that enhances the aromas and flavours bringing out a new complex third flavour. In this workshop, you will experience flavours, aromas and textures of teas from different world regions (Green, Oolongs, Black, and Pu-erh) paired with cheeses from Spain, France, Holland, and Italy. All teas provided at the workshop-masterclass are premium teas from natural farming. The Workshop will be run by Liliana Algorry - certified Tea Sommelier and Tea Blender.
