Originally this tea was very popular in the 80's, a tea with a great body. The long withering process, (more than 24 hours) gives a sweet peach flavour with chestnuts and cinnamon scents. This tea allows multiple brewing. Calories free.
Brew instructions: 2 tsp, for a cup of 150 - 200ml. Pour on boiling water 85C and allow brew for 10seconds, discard the first water, then continue infusing for successive periods, starting at 55 seconds and becoming progressively longer to extract the delicately chestnut flavour and its full body. This deep fired tea will allow multiple brewing, the 2nd brewing 45 second, the 3rd brewing 55 seconds, the 4th brewing 65 seconds and the 5th brewing 75 seconds - 30g
