Tea and Cheese - Saturday 5 December - 2.30pm - 4.30pm
Tea and cheese is a big trend in the culinary world and a complex pairing experience. Through this workshop participants will be able to make a sensory evaluation of different types of teas Green, Oolongs, Black, and Pu-erh from different world regions paired with cheeses from Spain, France, Holland, Italy. Tea drinking, much like cheese has the ability to mentally transport you to another place in the world a true adventure in flavours. All teas provided at the workshop-masterclass are premium teas from natural farming. The Workshop will be run by Liliana Algorry - certified Tea Sommelier and Tea Blender.
