Tea and Food Pairing Workshop. - Sat 23 March SOLD OUT
Tea and food pairing is an adventure of flavors, a journey of food traditions around the world an experience of textures and flavors. It will explore the ways to pair tea within and alongside food. This workshop will highlight techniques of cooking with tea (cooking with water-steeped tea; poaching with tea; adding tea leaves directly and smoking with tea). Each natural farming tea (White, Green, Oolong, Black, Pu-erh) from different regions of the world will be pair with food to either highlight or tease, contrast or balance flavors Join me, a Certified Tea Sommelier and Tea Blender to make your tea and food Journey an experience to be remembered.
