Tea and French cakes/pastries workshop
This 2 hr workshop will delight your taste buds, cleverly paired tea and French cakes/pastries. This workshop will allow participants to explore the robust flavours, texture, aromas, and gain an understanding of complementary key ingredients. This will a great way to enjoy an afternoon tasting Green, Oolongs, White, Black and Pu-erh natural farming teas from different world regions with perfectly French-made pastries. Have your own mix-and-match pairing experience. Liliana Algorry tea sommelier and tea blender will run the workshop.
