What tea goes with what food? Food pairing is the art of finding the best food for a particular tea. This workshop will explore the ways to pair tea within and alongside food. Tea and food traditions around the world. The tea selection is just as important as choosing the right wine to allow our palate the adventure of flavours. How we match a meal is a personal choice and Liliana will guide participants on the flavour and strength of the tea compared with the flavour and strength of the food. The ideal pairing makes both the food and the tea to taste better. Please note that the workshop does not cater for allergies and diets.
