Every Day Fruity: Fruity Sangria - Tisane
Revitalising - Herbal Tisane : Rooibos, Cardamom, Lemon Myrtle.
Refreshing: Lemongrass, Lemon Verbena - Tisane
Relaxing: Chamomile, Lavender, Lemon Verbena, Cornflowers
Brewing Instructions: 1-2tsp for 150-200ml, pour on boiling water at 95-100C and allow the herbal to brew for 4-5 minutes to extract all valuable essential oils and flavours.
