Discovering the World of Tea - Sat 18 May 10.30am - 12.30pm
Five thousand years of history, one plant and six styles. “Discovering the World of Tea” is the perfect introduction for beginners and to those who wish to explore and deepen their knowledge of this ancient beverage. Discover the diversity of aromas, textures and flavours of natural farming loose-leaf teas from various world regions ( White, Yellow, Black, Green, Oolong, and Pu-erh) while understanding the importance of brewing techniques. All teas and equipment are provided for use during the workshop. Liliana Algorry, certified Tea Sommelier and Blender will run this 2 hr. workshop.
