This Roses (rugosa) aren't just romantic and incredibly fragrant. Roses should be used in moderation in tea blends to avoid creating a soapy aftertaste. Roses are said to have sedative, antiseptic, anti-parasitic, anti-inflammatory, laxative, cholesterol-lowering, and heart-supportive properties.
Brewing Instructions: 1-2tsp for 150-200ml, pour on boiling water at 95-100C and allow the herbal to brew for 4-5 minutes to extract all valuable essential oils and flavours.
