Xin Yang Mao Jian is a traditional Chinese tea from Henan province, China. The tea leaves are small and strong in taste with a robust flavour that is refreshing and relaxing. This tea goes well with pastries and desserts.
Ingredient: Green Tea - China
Brew instructions: 2 tsp, for a cup of 150 - 200ml. Pour on boiling water at 75C and allow brew for 30-40 seconds for up to four times, or for a single period of 3-4 minutes to extract the delicately sweet flavour.
