Through cleverly paired tea and pastries, participants explore the robust flavours, texture, aromas, while gaining an understanding of complementary key ingredients. This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy natural farming teas from different world regions and French-made pastries. Participants will brew and taste premium quality teas and pair them with French pastries. Liliana Algorry, certified Tea Sommelier and Tea Blender will run the workshop.
