Darjeeling Gopaldhara DJFF. - Black Tea
This black tea is exceptional due to the traditional processing style. The most important process in making this type of tea is the withering of the leaves. This tea has a woody nose, display tones of copper and include numerous buds. The peppery finish, typical of Gopaldhara teas, gives way to a long, delicately aromatic aftertaste.
Ingredient: Black Tea - India
Brew instructions: 1-2 tsp, for a cup of 150-200ml. Pour on boiling water at 90C and allow brew for 2-4 minutes to extract the woody, wintery fruity flavours.
