Tsukigase Asamoni - Sencha Green Tea
This Sencha tea is from a natural farming garden, which means that no nitrogen fertiliser and no pesticides are used. This tea has not been made in a Sencha traditional needle shape, but it is vibrant, rich in polyphenols and minerals.
Ingredients: Sencha Green Tea - Japan
Brewing Instructions: 1-2 tsp for a cup of 150 - 200ml, pour on boiling water at 85C (this sencha has a different process than the needle-shaped one and handles higher temperature) and allow to brew for 10 to 20 seconds only to extract all valuable essential oils and flavours.
