Xi Hu Long Jing - Green Tea
This is the most prestigious tea in China, This tea has different grades, and the one on offer is the top grade. These tender leaves are harvested on the slopes of Shi Feng area. Leaves are tossed in a wok for about 20 minutes, imparting the leaves a toasty nutty aroma. The infusion is a jade color and the attack in the mouth is buttery in texture, herbaceous and slightly sweet. The finish is long, remarkably balanced tea.
Ingredient: Green Tea - China
Brew instructions: 2 tsp, for a cup of 150 - 200ml. Pour on boiling water at 75C and allow brew for 30 seconds to 1 minutes for up to four times, or for a single period of 2 minutes to extract the delicately sweet flavour.
